Dick and Sibyl Towner

Dick and Sibyl bring over 80 years of combined vocational ministry experience in the areas of church leadership and administration, Christian camping, marriage, children and youth ministry, spiritual direction and life stewardship. Major portions of their ministry experience have been with College Hill Presbyterian Church in Cincinnati and Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago. They are frequently asked to speak and lead workshops for churches and para-church organizations. The fruit of Sibyl’s work in spiritual direction and Dick’s in biblical stewardship can be found at OneLifeMaps.com and GoodSenseMinistry.com respectively. Dick and Sibyl have felt called to extended household living and have welcomed over 80 folks to share their home over the 60 years of their marriage. They have two sons by birth, one son adopted in love, eleven grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren!
Skip and Linda Holmes

As a retired Procter and Gamble Global Engineering Associate Director, Skip brings vision and energy for creating a place where Christian leaders can find rest and be blessed while receiving mentoring and encouragement. Linda's long time involvement in leading silent retreats with Time of Refreshment and providing Spiritual Direction and training through The School of Sustainable Faith blend well with her husband's gifting and experiences. Parents to four married children they enjoy the blessing of being grandparents to ten wonderful girls and one charming little guy. Their commitment to serving God, family and community has been their joint priority for over 45 years. They reside in North Bend, Ohio, and serve on the Board of Directors as well as fill-in as needed at The Springs.
John and Joan Kelley

Joan and John both grew up in rural Illinois. They are very familiar with wide open spaces and the joys of country living. Their friendship with the Towner’s is what brought them to The Springs. They share common passions for financial stewardship, spiritual formation and story. But mostly they love helping others find spaces to meet God and experience peace in the midst of everyday life. John is a retired electrical engineer but has a passion for helping others discover God's freedom through wise financial stewardship. Joan is a spiritual director, works with the facilitators of oneLife Maps and co-leads guided solitude retreats with her ministry Sacred (mylifeissacred.com). They live in Palatine, Illinois where they have done their most joyous work of raising their 4 children. They are privileged to walk, serve and pray alongside The Springs team as board members.
Jim and Karen Green

The Greens come to The Springs from the west-side of Cincinnati where they were born and have lived up until joining the Springs team. They have been married for 38 years, have three grown children (six including their mates), and four amazing grandkids.
Jim brings experience in landscaping and a love for people. He recently served as director of Men's ministry for BLOC Ministries in Price Hill in partnership with The LIT movement, sharing hope with men in prison and helping them obtain housing and jobs, while praying they stay clean. Karen's administrative experiences come from serving her home church for 10 years and working in admissions at The University of Cincinnati. Most recently she served at BLOC Ministries Redeemed Home, a residential transitional home/program to women coming out of addiction, trafficking, trauma etc. Together they have a passion to serve people who need rest, knowing first-hand how important it is to receive what The Springs has to offer. Guests will encounter them when making reservations and arriving on site where they will find a warm welcome and beautifully prepared cabins. They affirm that there is no better place than The Springs to find rest for your heart, mind and soul.

Chris and Debbie Ehrhard

Chris and Debbie both grew up in Springfield, Ohio and moved to rural SE Indiana in 2015 to be closer to their son and his family. Both retired from the corporate world, Debbie in information systems and Chris in supply chain and logistics management. Since retirement both have served the local church in various lay leadership positions. They have also worked for various non-profit ministries together and individually in administrative and volunteer positions. In the last several years, both Chris and Debbie have volunteered at The Springs by tending to the community garden, cleaning cabins, maintaining the trails and in general, whatever needed to be done. In addition to their love for and work at The Springs, they serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA's) for abused and neglected children in Ripley County through an organization called Voices For Children. In their free time they love to be outdoors hiking, golfing, boating and playing with their 6 grandchildren.
