Individual Reservation Request Guidelines
We welcome Christian leaders in the name of Jesus to come and find rest in a quiet and prepared environment where individuals may spend uninterrupted time in silence and solitude in His presence. PLEASE NOTE: that we no longer are able to accommodate children under 18 years of age.

Minimum Stay – 2 Nights Maximum Stay - 4 Nights
Believing that retreat is an invitation to slow and rest, and in reviewing the comments of our guests, we have instituted a policy of a minimum stay of two nights.

We believe this will better serve our guests who regularly ask for an early arrival time or late checkout, which is a challenge for our staff to have time to prepare the space. We also feel this will allow us to better fulfill our call as a retreat ministry by assuring adequate time is available to our guests.

If you desire a one-day retreat, consider reserving The Hermitage for this purpose.

Reservations may be made up to 9 months in advance. In our desire to honor Sabbath for our staff we do not accept Sunday check-ins. NOTE: Upon receiving your request we will respond in a timely manner.

Rates

We are a donation-based ministry. We do not have set rates and trust that everyone who is seeking time with God at The Springs will come and enjoy His love and provision, undeterred by cost. We ask that you prayerfully consider a donation and give as God leads.

In our desire to honor Sabbath for our staff we do not accept Sunday check-ins.

As a non-profit organization designed to refresh people who are serving in ministry, we are trusting the Lord to provide for current operation costs as well as future facility development. Please join us in praying for, giving to and serving at The Springs as God leads. Your donations are appreciated!

Reservation Process

We are a retreat center that serves adults and small ministry groups.

Please keep in mind that we are not a vacation destination and our guests anticipate experiencing time and space for silence and solitude.

When you submit your reservation request, we will respond in a timely manner, usually within 3 business days.

Once your reservation is confirmed we will email you details about the cabins, property, check-in/out, etc. We will do our best to help you plan your retreat at The Springs.
